For more vintage Halloween Haunt media, visit: www.themeparkadventure.com Fresh off of the huge success that was Dominion of the Dead, Knott's added Gothic Graveyard as kind of an after-thought to it's Halloween Haunt lineup in 2000. With a new home in Camp Snoopy, this vampire maze was thrown together quickly; unfortunately, it shows. Gothic Graveyard was definitely not one of the Scary Farm's best mazes, and its one-year lifespan echoed what we all knew - the vampires deserved better! One of the more... odd aspects of Gothic Graveyard's layout was the use of the suspension bridge high over Camp Snoopy. It was a lawsuit waiting to happen and made the maze itself completely disabled person and elderly person un-friendly. All around, it was a weird choice. The tag at the end of this video is of our beloved fallen friend, Sandy Graham, working it as only she did. If you turn your speakers up, you'll even hear her give TPA's Rick West a big ol' Sandy kiss on the cheek at the very end. A very sweet, very cool ending to this video for Haunt fans.
